FAQ

Your questions
answered

What is the Thought Leadership Content Engine?

A repeatable system that turns your execs’ expertise into weekly videos, posts, and derivatives—planned, captured, edited, and distributed without eating their calendar.

Who is it for?

Founders and revenue leaders who need consistent, high-signal content to build brand, create demand, and arm sales—especially in complex B2B categories.

What does a typical month look like?

Bi-weekly capture: Two 30-minute interview sessions with your exec(s) to harvest leadership insights.

Weekly output & distribution: Review, finalize, and publish 2–3 social-optimized video clips + copy across agreed channels (exec LinkedIn, company page, newsletter, site blog as needed).

Performance loop: A monthly review session covering what resonated, account-level traction, and specific recommendations for next month’s angles, hooks, and formats.

How will our executives be prepared for interview sessions?

We prep them with a Thought Leadership Interview Brief one week before our scheduled interview session. It includes: priority themes, industry news and talking points.

On the day, we follow a clear run-of-show with warm-ups and real-time coaching (answer-first structure, clip-length targets, hooks) so they sound natural and stay on-message.

Do you handle strategy or just production?

Both. We define pillars, angles, and formats, then run an editorial calendar and distribution plan so content ships on schedule.

Do execs have to be on camera?

Not necessarily. Options include audio-first clips, screen demos, motion graphics, or text-led posts. On-camera is great, but not mandatory.

Can you record remotely?

Yes—remote kits or browser-based capture; we also do on-site days if helpful for volume and/or production quality.

What tools do we need in place?

Preferred: Hubspot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and a social scheduler.

If you're missing pieces, we'll recommend a lightweight stack.

Do you work with our in-house team?

Absolutely! We can plug in as your engine or augment your content/PR/social teams.

Do you use AI?

Yes - for research, summarization, and repurposing. Humans own the strategy, scripts, editing and QA to keep nuance and accuracy high.

How do you measure success?

Leading indicators (attention & authority):
-
Impressions and engagement inside target accounts
-
Engagement rate by target titles (VP Marketing, RevOps, etc.)
- Podcast/speaking invitations and influencer mentions
- Follower growth among ICP and content completion rate (video watch %)

Lagging indicators (pipeline impact):
- Inbound
(demo requests, intros)
- “How did you hear about us?” mentions on demo/sales forms (e.g., “LinkedIn post,” “podcast clip”)
- Content-assisted opportunities, deal velocity, and influenced pipeline/revenue

How fast until we see impact?

You'll see traction within a few weeks; compounding outcomes typically build over a couple of months with consistent cadence.

What is your pricing?

We recommend monthly retainers and pricing is based on scope (capture frequency, video volume, distribution scope).  Typical services start around $3,000 per month.
